In many ways, our world today mirrors the one to which the apostle Paul set out. We have become so post-Christian that society now resembles a pre-Christian culture. In that sense, we are not unlike the ancient city of Athens.

The apostle Paul encourages us not to be weighed down by anxiety, but rather to bring everything to God in prayer, trusting that He is greater than any situation we may face. However, i must admit that i have often overlooked the next verse about the peace of God. That changed for me a few weeks ago….
